A line drawn with intention.
La Linea was born from a simple conviction: a wine bar should feel like a good conversation — unhurried, attentive, and free of theatrics. We opened our doors on West Bowie Street to give Beeville a place where the wine speaks for itself and the atmosphere does the rest.
Every bottle on our shelf is selected for clarity and character. We keep the list small so you never have to wonder — just ask, and we'll tell you what we love right now.
The Selection
Curated, not crowded.
A focused list that changes with the seasons. We rotate bottles based on what's alive in the glass — and what our regulars are asking for.
Red
Pinot Noir, Sangiovese, Tempranillo, and a rotating single-vineyard feature. Light to structured — there's a glass for every mood.
White & Rosé
Crisp Albariño, aromatic Chenin, and a rosé we return to every summer. Served at the right temperature, poured with care.
Sparkling
Prosecco, Crémant, and a French Champagne selection for those evenings that deserve it. Always on ice, never an afterthought.
By the Glass
Twelve to twenty pours at any given time. Ask about our staff picks — they change weekly and are always the bottles we're excited about.

The Kitchen

Our menu is built around charcuterie, seasonal small plates, and a few honest comfort dishes. Everything is designed to complement the wine — not compete with it.
